This website is owned and operated by Jo-Anne Lomax and Julia Leadbetter trading as Huggable Heroes (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Use of This Website
You must not misuse this website. You agree not to:
- Commit or encourage a criminal offence
- Transmit viruses or harmful material
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the website
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Send unsolicited promotional material (spam)
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse occurs.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text and branding, remains the property of Huggable Heroes and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
You confirm that:
- You are over 18 years of age
- Payment details provided are accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.
Payment is taken at the time of order.
6. Bespoke Products & Image Quality
Huggable Heroes products are bespoke and made to order using the image supplied by the customer.
The final product is dependent on the quality of the image provided. By submitting an image, you accept that:
- A degree of quality loss may occur during editing and printing
- Printing onto fabric will not replicate photo-paper finish
- We cannot guarantee enhancement beyond the limitations of the original image
Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to contact individual customers where image quality is considered passable but not optimal.
Where circumstances require us to work with older or limited photographs, we will make reasonable efforts to achieve the best possible result.
7. No Cooling-Off Period
Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of our products, there is no cancellation or cooling-off period once editing work has commenced.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
8. Gift Vouchers
8.1 Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
8.2 Extensions
Extensions are granted strictly at the sole discretion of Huggable Heroes and are not guaranteed.
8.3 Goodwill Extension Limit
A maximum of one (1) goodwill extension may be granted per voucher.
8.4 Administrative Fee
Where an extension is approved, a flat administrative fee will apply to cover the manual processing and updating of voucher records. The applicable fee will be confirmed at the time of approval.
8.5 Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8.6 Expired Vouchers
Once a voucher has expired and no extension has been agreed in writing, it shall be deemed void and no longer redeemable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huggable Heroes shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of profits or goodwill
- Website unavailability
- Delays caused by postal services or force majeure
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

We may include links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for their content or use.

12. Governing Law
